My name is Stepan Khukharev.

My main focus is decreasing uncertainty and risk it brings for technology companies. I do so by bringing in solid strategy that helps companies reinvent themselves and delight customers.

The core value I bring to the business is to provide answers to three questions «what business we should be in», «how should we compete in this business», «are there other revenue streams available to us»? I'm also heavily focused on improving internal processes.

I'm an ex-litigator, co-founder of several startups, currently an independent adviser, and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. This allows me to understand risk management, cross-cultural nuances, factors influencing the quality of business decisions in different industries clearly and use it to the benefit of my clients.

For efficiency purposes, I prefer to work directly with top managers and shareholders to understand the problem clearly and help find solutions specifically targeted at your circumstances.
